Health and Wellness from a Whole Person Approach
My Philosophy to Health and Wellness
As an educator and coach, I work with you to:
Build awareness of your values and your relationship with your body, emotions, mind, and self
Cultivate acceptance and openness to your body sensations and communication to transform chronic pain and condition management
Connect with nature and life elements to expand your own vision and space
Center relational health and well-being, as an individual, with your team, and in your organizational culture for optimal and enduring wellness.
Nurture the energy and potential from each moment to create transformation through balance and sharing.
Tap into well-being through nourishment, movement, reflection, silence, and engagement to cultivate whole-person health in every moment.
Be healthful, well, and whole.
